Our Home Watch Service is designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your property on the Oregon coast. Our 26-point base service checklist can be customized to address and meet all your needs and concerns. Your property is checked on by professionals who are trained and look for potential issues. Our Home Watch IT reporting systems generate a GPS / Real Time report documenting our visits and email to each client.
In the event we experience an issue or emergency, we will respond, secure and safeguard your property and act on your behalf. We will take pictures or videos and contact you immediately.
In a non-emergency, we will document the situation and contact you.
